Job Title:

Quality Inspector

Responsibility Summary (Who we are looking for):

Performs a variety of quality checks and tests on units, materials or products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.

Work Hours (Shift):

6am-6pm(12-Hr Shift Friday – Sunday) Work 36 hours and get paid for 44 hours

Starting Pay:

$14.00-$15.00 depending on skills/experience

Responsibilities Include (What you would be doing – we will train):

·       Perform inspections of finished or in-process goods to ensure work instructions are met and rework or reject as required

·       Use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments

·       Complete gage calibration when needed

·       Complete first piece inspection if needed (i.e., checks that items produced pass quality control requirements)

·       Record statistical data and input data entry

·       Assist in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocol and checklists

·       Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards

·       Perform audits to ensure standards of quality are maintained

Experience and Qualifications (What you bring to us):
