We’re Aquent Cloud, a division of Aquent (www.aquent.com). Founded in 2004, our Project Management solution, RoboHead (www.robohead.net), is now used by over 30,000 people around the world.  



You’ll be teaching new and existing clients (primarily Creative and Marketing organizations) how to use RoboHead to better plan, manage and collaborate on their work.  This is currently a remote (home office) position, with occasional travel (post-COVID) required in the future.


Ways you'll consistently add value:

  • Working with clients to schedule times for training sessions.

  • Conducting phone/web-based training for our clients. Possible future travel (on-site training) required (5%)

  • Understanding how the product functions and being able to apply that knowledge to solve clients’ problems or to assist them with “workarounds”.

  • Keeping abreast of all new product offerings and enhancements.

  • Following up with clients post training to make sure that information is retained and products are being utilized to the fullest extent possible.

  • Distributing post-training satisfaction surveys.

  • Creating and updating training videos using Camtasia.

  • Uploading and maintaining training videos in Vimeo and YouTube.

  • Conducting regularly-scheduled training webinars to existing clients, presenting to audiences of 50-100+ people per session.

  • Serving as a product expert to internal teams – Marketing/Sales, Support and Development.

  • Providing backup support as needed to assist the Technical Support Team.

  • Assist QA team as needed with usability testing for new feature releases, bug fixes, etc.



You'll come to the table with:


  • A patient demeanor and the ability to work with clients of all technical abilities and job titles, across many types of organizations

  • Successful experience in a software training or consulting position

  • The ability to motivate yourself, but also take direction from managers, peers, and mostly from clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • General knowledge of Windows, MacOS, as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android)

  • Familiarity with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

  • Knowledge of web conferencing tools (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Google Hangouts preferred)

  • Experience with Camtasia (or similar video editing tools)

  • Experience managing videos with YouTube and Vimeo (preferred)

  • High attention to detail required

  • Ability to travel occasionally (5%), when it's safe to do so

  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection, as you’ll be working from a home office (reimbursement not provided)

  • Flexibility to work with clients across multiple time zones worldwide
