AIRCRAFT LOGS AND RECORDS TECHNICIAN

• Maintaining aircraft/engine logbooks and associated records.*
• Performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping.*
• Performing networking functions between individual stations which includes analysis, correction of hardware/software errors, data entry and the transfer of data via electronic means.*
• Extracting data, formulating/interpreting management reports, creating archives, and saving data in support of deployment and detachment operations.*
• Performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports/correspondence, filing, typing, and performing database/systems analyses.*

JOB REQUIREMENTS *

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma with at least 2 years of experience.

• Current Secret Clearance preferred, the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required for continued employment.
• Valid VA drivers’ license is required.
• Eligibility for (and ability to maintain) CAC and Special Access Badge.
• Local training licenses and/or certification may be required.
• The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
