Cencon Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: This position is responsible for supporting Cencon and S & G (ATM Locks/Keys); assisting in small projects and upgrades and testing of the new Cencon and S & G related application.
Accountabilities:
Answer incoming calls
Program ATM locks.
Assemble and ship ATM lock/key kits to company
locations within the United States.Assign/Log/track trouble tickets.
Troubleshoot ATM errors over the phone.
Assist in tier 1 projects.
Work tickets after hours and on weekends on a
rotating schedule.Work Schedule Monday through Friday
Position Reports Product Manager
Primary Requirements:
High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree and/or
ATM Field experience a plus.2-3 years Customer Service Experience.
Exceptional customer service.
PC proficient, including MS Office/Excel and
similar products.Ability to Multi-Task and thrive in a busy
environment.Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast past,
changing environment.Self-Starter, quick learner and highly
motivated.Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented
environment.
