We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team in Georgetown, TX!

What You’ll Do 

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, and analysis of operating metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) including daily sales and collections reporting
  • Assist in creation and review of monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards for presentation to the executive team and the Board of Directors
  • Assist in the development of annual financial and operating budgets
  • Support business development in due diligence for potential deals and lookback analysis for existing deals
  • Partner closely with key business stakeholders, especially operations, to understand primary drivers of the business and perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions
  • Become a subject matter expert in our practice management systems and apply expertise to create new financial and operating metrics
  • Support forward looking forecasts and margin focused projects
  • Ad hoc analysis to provide insights to business leaders


What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, finance, or business)
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a financial analysis role preferred
  • One (1) year of experience working with metrics and reporting across multiple functions in the organization preferred
  • One (1) year of experience with business intelligence or similar reporting tools such as Power BI preferred
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Knowledge of financial statements and the interrelation between them
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications suite with advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Financial modeling (required) and operational modeling (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to solve problems
