We are looking for a Part Time Patient Service Representative to join our team in Georgetown, TX!

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for handling incoming calls from patients to schedule upcoming appointments, handle cancellations, and process payments

  • Responsible for clear and detailed notations on accounts and in communications

  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skills

  • Use multiple computer applications concurrently, maneuvering through their respective functions

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year previous call center or customer service experience

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required

  • Dental field experience a plus, but not required
