We are looking for a Professional Relations Coordinator to join our team in Clear Lake and League City, TX!

What You’ll Do


  • Building and maintaining new relationships and expanding existing relationships with our existing patient base, the community we serve, and medical/dental professionals and their staff throughout local regions
  • Planning, developing, and executing the established marketing plan and monitoring effectiveness so modifications can be made in the future
  • Promoting our Orthodontic services Maintaining an online database and expanding it as necessary
  • Oversee day to day management of social media platforms, responding to online reviews and posting content weekly
  • Delivering promotional items to referring doctors’ offices as needed
  • Planning, scheduling, and executing office events and parties from inception to completion including evening after hours events and lunches for the doctors
  • Assist with researching, planning and purchasing office marketing supplies and giveaways
  • Greet, Check-in, and collect general information from patients assisting them with completing all necessary forms and documentation
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and take payments
  • General admin tasks, such as photocopying, printing, scanning, sorting/filing/sending forms


What You’ll Need


  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Skilled in MS Office Applications (intermediate level with advanced level in Excel)
