We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to surface key data to aid in the negotiation of contracts, ensuring the best quality, service, and price for orthodontic products
  • Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure the availability of critical supplies
  • Implement and oversee supply chain management tools and systems to enhance visibility, tracking, and reporting capabilities
  • Forecast demand for orthodontic supplies based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming industry developments
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Participate in cross functional teams to support the launch of new products and services, ensuring a seamless integration into the supply chain
  • Performs ad hoc financial analysis and related project-based work

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, accounting or business required
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, as well as MS Office suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling
  • Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence software (Power BI or similar tool)
