We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Patient Support Center to join our team.

What You’ll Do


  • Creates and fosters positive relationships with the PSC team, doctors, clinic team members, and patients
  • Assists the PSC Manager with reporting, day-to day operations, call quality and coaching, planning, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Utilizes performance management information to supervise, coordinates and schedules the activities of leads and call center agents
  • Creates reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improved performance
  • Holds team accountable for meeting key metrics and key performance indicators
  • Assists with recruiting, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and time keeping
  • Regularly communicates with clinic teams and clinic team managers to foster an effective team environment and ensures that areas of improvement are being handled effectively
  • Handles patient escalations, as needed
  • Maintains HIPAA confidentiality by following all laws and regulations



What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One (1) or more years of supervisory experience required
  • Two (2) or more years of call center experience required
  • One (1) or more years of dental or orthodontic experience preferred
