Job Overview
As an Integrations Consultant on the Customer Onboarding team you will be responsible for managing accounting system integration projects, owning integration only projects, managing a case queue related to integrations and assisting in cross functional initiative and special projects.

Job Responsibilities:


Work cross-functionally to initiate, plan, execute, control and close accounting system integration projects

Leverage XSLT tools to build, test and deploy accounting system integration mappings

Regularly communicate project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate internal, cross-functional training programs on accounting system integrations

Socialize team wins and lessons learned with leadership

Lead customer facing web sessions

Ensure high levels of customer focus and awareness

Predict and manage realistic amount of effort for integration work

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
 
Strong critical thinking skills

Troubleshooting experience

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in a customer facing role


Preferred Experience, Qualifications and Skills:


Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

•Understanding of the 4 pillars of Object-Oriented Programming

•1-year experience with C#

Understanding of API and File based integration solutions

Understanding of Integration frameworks and XSLT language

Advanced Excel knowledge

Strong training and facilitation experience

Excellent communication, problem solving aptitude and out of the box thinking

Adapts quickly to changes in the work environment

Successfully manages challenging demands

Constantly seeks opportunities to improve one’s self and team
