We are looking to hire a Corporate Office Manager to join our Corporate team!  This position will be located at our Corporate office at 12136 W Bayaud Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80228.

This position does NOT offer the opportunity to work remote/from home.

The must “haves” for our candidate

We are looking for a driven experienced professional Corporate Office Manager who is looking for a long term career in Healthcare. Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ general office work experience and 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast paced supporting manager role preferably in a corporate setting with support to satellite locations. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Business Applications such as Google Mail, Google Calendars, Google Drive; Google Suite

  • Previous experience of daily management of complex corporate calendars

  • Aptitude with State of Colorado web portals, licensure practices. 
    Corporate event planning

  • Digital file structure management 

  • Special project management skills or experience with CDPHE and COHFI is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail is absolutely essential as well as the ability to multitask and respond to multiple interruptions in a professional manner

  • Experience in Healthcare operations is a plus

What will you be responsible for as a Corporate Support Manager? 

  • Supervision of the Corporate Support Team

  • Serve as personal assistant to Vivage Senior Living Leadership Team members

  • Maintain all content on our Intranet platform 

  • Coordinate all meeting services for home office personnel, including maintenance of the Corporate Master Calendar

  • Responsible for facility license renewals for all managed homes

  • Admin for the CDPHE COHFI web portal

  • CDPHE COHFI applications for when managed facilities experience changes in NHA/DON as well as ED’s

  • Expense report preparation

  • Onboarding and Orientation as assigned

  • Backup for other Vivage team members on vacation or leave
