Position Summary:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, the Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing UniGroup’s paid digital marketing campaigns.  Exercising high attention to detail and time management, this position will work with the digital marketing group and marketing team to execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies focused on lead generation across multiple brands. The Paid Media Specialist will engage in keyword research and management, ad copy and extension creation, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page analysis and campaign reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develops, executes, and optimizes strategic digital campaigns from conception to launch. 
•Collaborates across business units to align campaign strategies and goals throughout the organization. 
•Continually works to improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions. 
•Analyzes and interprets media data from standard platforms, software packages and databases.
•Provides ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. 
•Defines, measures, and evaluates relevant paid media KPIs.
•Builds out media buys for various ad platforms and oversees the day-to-day execution of paid media.
•Conducts in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting. 
•Maintains current knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, contributing to increasing level of innovation in data and paid social media programs.
Education, License or Certification: 
•Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing Science.  Other majors considered with relevant analytical work experience
•3+ years of hands on digital marketing experience in paid search, paid social and display. Agency experience is preferred.

•Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and other social media platforms.
•In-depth experience with Google conversion tracking, Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET), and Facebook Pixel tracking. 
•In-depth experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google DoubleClick for Advertisers, Sprout Social, SEMRush. 
•Advanced experience working with Excel and PowerPoint.
