Legal, Regulatory & Compliance - Regulatory Pharmacy Specialist
Under the direction of the VP Regulatory Affairs, the Regulatory Pharmacy Specialist supports the Regulatory Affairs team, legal team and corporate enterprise to ensure regulatory compliance with laws, rules, agencies, organizations, etc. interacting with the company. Ensures secure, accurate and up to date information in company software. Works under the direction of Regulatory Affairs to address projects and requests.
General Job Description:
Assist in new and renewal applications for Tabula Rasa HealthCare and its subsidiary companies.
Ensures licensures and databases are maintained up to date.
Preparing applications for departmental review.
Assist in ensuring documentation is in regulatory compliance for all sites.
Assist in regulatory and legal team projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience & Training:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or control function.
1-2 years Pharmacy Technician
Licensing/Certifications: Pharmacy Technician CPHT
Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers and clients.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including healthcare professional communication
Self-motivated and eager to learn and progress
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative manner
Flexible and able to change direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
Must be able to work independently with confidence.
Possesses high level of Integrity.
Innovative: coming up with new ideas on how to improve processes.
Obtaining/Maintaining facility licensure, database, renewals, etc.
Obtaining updated pharmacist and technician licenses from Compliance.
Preparing pharmacies for inspections.
Assisting in regulatory compliance across the TRHC enterprise.
Preparing: attestations, recredentialling, etc. documents.
Research and answering regulatory questions.
