Onboarding Analyst (Client Onboarding)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under general direction, specific duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creates and maintains customer accounts by performing the following:
- Collect contracts from assigned clients
- Outbound calls to assigned accounts to welcome clients to the program
- Explain the implementation process and set proper expectations
- Schedule integration meetings
- Outbound calls to launch assigned accounts
- Schedule product training
- Provide coherent, focused, and specific guidance to clients
- Identify impediments and resolve any barriers to launch
- Communicate with internal data team for data resolution issues
- Oversees client communications by performing the following:
- Reviewing, editing, and approving client-recorded messages
- Verifying communications are FCC compliant
- Setting up and running communications
- Develop and implements workflow improvements by performing the following:
- Writing internal informational and procedural documentation
- Updating existing documentation
- Identifying and submitting enhancement requests for CRM software
- Writing and updating client-facing templates
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and education levels and establish cooperative working relationships with all coworkers.

- Evaluate and analyze problems or tasks from multiple perspectives; adaptively employ problem solving methods to find creative or novel solutions; use logical, systematic and sequential processes to solve problems.
- Complete assigned job tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Carefully prepare for meetings and presentations; follow up with others to ensure that agreements, tasks or commitments have been fulfilled.
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving Company’s core business objectives of increasing the role of pharmacy and improving patient health in America.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.
- Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
- Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.
- Excellent attendance
SKILLS, EDUCATION, OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; OR one to two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work in Company’s office located in Irvine, California.
- Must work in office: Monday – Friday.
- Travel to trade shows, educational or sales events as may be required.
