We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team located in Bristol, Indiana.  The Production Supervisor will lead a group of Team Leads and Team Members to ensure the quality, production standards, and objectives are achieved (safety, cost, quality, and delivery).  We need a high energy leader that leads by example and can foster a team environment where safety is key. 



  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory / leadership-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate Degree required, B.S. degree in operations management or a technical field preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of production techniques, processes, and methods.  Familiarity with problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis, basic statistical analysis preferred.  Lean manufacturing experience is also preferred.
  • Exceptional organization, decision making, interpersonal skills; demonstrated influencing, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
