The Loan Operations Specialist position is an entry level position that is responsible for administrative functions of the loan approval process.


Responsibilities
 

25% Document Review
• Purchase Contract Review
• Appraisal Review
 
25% Electronic Document Center
• Upload loan conditions
• Scan incoming paper documents
• Sending loan packages via email or express mail delivery

50% Vendor Orders
• Appraisals
• Credit Reports
• FHA Case Numbers & Queries
• Flood Certifications
• PMI certificates
• Realtor Questionnaires
• Title Orders
• Tax Transcripts
• Verifications of Current & Past Employment
 
Qualifications


• Knowledge of the mortgage industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have customer service experience, telephone skills and general computer knowledge, including data entry and document upload to website portals.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail is necessary for the fast paced environment.

• High School diploma required
• College degree preferred
