Moving Services Inside Sales Rep

Supports agents, drivers and commercial clients with enrollment in SIRVA’s Driver Road Service and other products. Fulfills client orders on programs offered through SIRVA’s Agent Resource Team. Provides Operational support for SIRVA’s Driver Road Service department.

Responsibilities
 
  • Answers incoming 800 number, email and fax from customers and suppliers.
  • Provides customer service to agents, drivers and commercial customers.
  • Creates purchase orders and submits to suppliers for purchase of goods and services.
  • Processes vendor invoices and submits to Accounts Payable.
  • Scans supporting documents into imaging system.
  • Issues debits and credits to agent statement.
  • Reviews commercial customer receivables and notifies of any past due invoices.
  • Works with Accounts Receivable and Driver Road Service departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Markets and sells Driver Road Service and other products to existing agents, drivers and commercial customers.
  • Enrolls agents, drivers and commercial clients in SIRVA’s programs.
  • Attends various agent functions to get in front of the customer, minimal travel is involved.
  • Maintains and updates user records in SIRVA’s operating systems.
  • Authorizes repairs that exceed Driver Road Service departments approval limits. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of selling non-tangible goods and services
  • Willing to travel - limited shows/conventions and customer visits
  • Pleasant and professional telephone voice, excellent communication skills, high school and some college required, proficient in data entry, exhibits good organizational and time management skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
