The Claims Temps will be responsible for:.

  • Answer telephones/direct calls appropriately

  • Imaging/data entry

  • Preparing reports/spreadsheets

  • Payables

  • billing

  • Communicate with customers and drivers

  • Keep track of events

  • Departmental training

  • Preparing monthly reports

  • Complete Skill Soft courses pertinent to the duties of a claim administrative assistant

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Strong administration skills

  • Bilingual English and French is preferred but not required

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent MS applications and internet

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Efficient and accurate interpretation of policies is required

  • Ability to work in a very high paced and stressful environment

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent teamwork skills

  • Practices clear and correct oral and written skills. This includes proper telephone and email etiquette

  • Adept at handling multiple customers, tasks and issues in a professional manner showing a consistent sense of urgency

  • Possesses strong detail orientation. Possesses strong initiative and ability to obtain strong process knowledge

  • Uses appropriate time management tools, proactively reviews workload for appropriate prioritization
