Lead Labor - Driver

Laborer / Porter-- job will be outside majority of the time! Preferred experience working outdoors. Must have a valid Driver License

You Will :

• Perform labor duties as required
• Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
• Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
• Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
• Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
• Available to work hours Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work overnight shifts & weekends
• Complete tasks as required by management.

• Train new laborers.

• Lead blower crews and give direction to other laborers on the job.
• Assist in the shop as helper or wash trucks when needed.
• Perform bulk pickups and assist other laborers with bulk pickups.
• Sign repair, pothole patching, and general maintenance tasks.

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally

Physical Requirements:

Moderate lifting - no greater than 50 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual

dexterity required. Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required
