Digital Marketing Manager

 

We need a Digital Marketing Manager who brings a wealth of CRM and Digital Marketing expertise to our high-growth company. This is a strategic and executional role for someone who gets the big picture, collaborates effectively with the team and is capable of rolling-up their sleeves and managing campaigns themselves.  The primary objective of this position is to utilize your CRM and digital marketing skills to grow revenue in our product lines.  The measure of success is deploying marketing initiatives that identify opportunities that lead to revenue growth in our business.  This position will be the "go-to" CRM and email marketing expert on our team.  The role will be a key leader in the development of our CRM and marketing automation platforms, supporting senior marketing leadership.  The Digital Marketing Manager applies analytical expertise and critical thinking to drive business performance by supporting the sales and marketing team via research, analysis, report generation and business insights.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work in developing CRM migration that will produce reporting for analysis on opportunities and pipeline management.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns that grow revenue, build customer retention and produce measurable ROI 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals 
  • Leverage regular reporting/tools to communicate performance to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.     
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook 
  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO
  • Develop and continuously improve the content strategy for our email campaigns and social media
  • Utilizes Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, web search and other systems in support of developing marketing opportunities.
  • Liaison between marketing and field sales for business development opportunities
  • Manage editorial calendars for digital campaigns and initiatives
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as requested by management

 

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience including email marketing, email automation and CRM experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using Hubspot or a similar CRM data platform
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including manual reporting and chart development
  • Proficiency with using CRM and marketing automation reporting tools
  • Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment and able to adapt to changing business needs
