Acute Care Medical Social Worker MSW/LCSW

Immediate opening for MSW or LCSW within a Prestigious ACUTE CARE Medical Facility

Full time contract assignment in the greater Los Angeles area with full medical and PTO benefits available to cover a long term position beginning February 1st.

Hours Monday through Friday 8:00/8:30 - 4:30/5:00.  
 

Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 year experience in an ACUTE CARE medical setting.   Good computer skills necessary for EMR documentation. 
Knowledge of community resources and the ability to assess client/family psycho social needs.
ONLY experienced Clinical Social Workers with medical acute care experience will be considered.  Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
  
Good communication skills a must to work within an interdisciplinary team.
