Position Summary:
 The Talent Manager will recruit staff and develop, schedule, deliver, track, and document all training for the employees of Richcroft, Inc.  

 

Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to conduct, develop, and administer a comprehensive training program that satisfies all applicable training regulations and meets the growing needs of Richcroft, Inc.  MANDT Trainer Certification, CPR/FA Trainer Certification.  

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Participate as a contributing partner in the organization’s strategic planning process
  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process  
  • Maintain employee training database with supporting documentation in personnel files in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Identify and evaluate alternatives and recommend strategies for training vendor selection or outsourcing
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify and establish priorities regarding human resource development and training
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation processes for new hires and transfers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training programs
  • Development and delivery of both standard classroom and technology based training in compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and based on need assessment
  • Revise, edit, or recreate training materials to keep them relevant, up-to-date and in  full compliance with regulatory guidelines.  
  • Maintain certifications to teach where applicable including but not limited to BPS, CPR, First Aid.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and document all training
  • Make sure all new employees complete the DDA mandated and house specific trainings in accordance with state regulation 
  • Make certain that all new employees who are already listed on the MBON website complete the necessary requirements to get delegated and approved by our nurse to administer medication      
  • Provide the opportunity for all employees who transfer from one position to another to complete the training they might need for their new work assignment  
  • Ensure that all new employees complete the 20 hour medication administration  training class, that they are approved to administer medication, and that they are listed on the MBON website 
  • Make certain that all new employees who are already listed on the MBON website complete the necessary requirements to get delegated and approved by our nurse to administer medication      
  • Communicate with Directors and Residential Supervisors about the training status of employees under their supervision    
  • Keep training materials in stock and well supplied
  • Supervise the Training Administrator
  • Other duties as assigned
