Water Country - Park Services Supervisor I

JOB SUMMARY:

The Park Services Supervisor should have leadership experience and provide exceptional customer service to guests.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of 10 park services employees following all federal and NH labor laws
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the park including office areas
• Maintain accurate inventory of Park Services supplies and communicate reorders in a timely manner
• Clean restrooms hourly including toilets, urinals, sinks and changing areas
• Keep park grounds clear of all trash and empty trash barrels frequently
• Clean restroom fixtures including toilet, urinal, sinks and floors

• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age OR 16+ with prior leadership experience
• Comfortable leading a team and directing them as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members
• Keen attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time and always moving
• Work autonomously and understand the needs of what needs to get completed
• Must be able to read and understand printed instructions for chemical use
• Ability to frequently lift, carry or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
