Water Country - EMT I

The Water Country EMT role is perfect for a licensed EMT-B at minimum to gain hands on experience providing exceptional customer service to guests and team members for all medical situations. The perfect EMT should already have their NH license looking for 3-5 day shifts each week.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide medical assistance to level of certification
• Take lead and direct aquatics staff in all medical emergencies
• Report incidents into TEMSIS and Water Country incident management
• Maintain inventory and inspect all park medical equipment
• Work with Guest Relations to assist guests with medical accommodations.
• Infection control, bio hazardous material identification, clean up and disposal  

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Posses and maintain valid EMT certification and providers license in New Hampshire
• Follow all patient care protocols for level of certification
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working on a diverse group of patients
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members with appropriate “bedside manner”
