Castle Park - Skill Games I

Summary:

Provide fast and friendly service to our guests in all areas of the department including attracting guests to games and re-stocking games.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage and challenge guests to play games

• Explain rules and demonstrate the game if needed

• Fully re-stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays

• Complete transaction with guest without a register

• Hand out prizes to winners

• Reset bottles, balloons and targets after each game

• Be on alert for possible theft

• Maintain knowledge of promotions

• Administer discipline to team members as needed

• Cross-train in Arcade and Retail

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Complete any tasks as requested by Retail, Arcade and Skill Supervisors or Management

• Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

Other:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

• Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs
