ABOUT THE POSITION 
 
As a Resident Services Technician, you will support the work of the Certified Nursing Assistant by carrying out basic tasks that do not require direct resident contact or experience with care - giving. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the Healthcare field!

·         Team Work. Provide support to our CNA’s by passing out trays, moving residence to and from rooms or appointments, and assisting the CNA’s with care giving.

·         Promote Independence. We believe in Person Centered Care – our residents are completely independent and can make their own choices. Our goal is to support them and help them with whatever they need.

·         House Hold Management. You can help our residents by providing light housekeeping in Residents rooms and common areas.

MUST HAVES

·         Must be 18 years or older

·         High School diploma or GED

·         Customer Service Experience

·         A friendly demeanor
