Cencon Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:  This position is responsible for supporting Cencon and S & G (ATM Locks/Keys); assisting in small projects and upgrades and testing of the new Cencon and S & G related application.

 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Program ATM locks.

  • Assemble and ship ATM lock/key kits to company
    locations within the United States.

  • Assign/Log/track trouble tickets.

  • Troubleshoot ATM errors over the phone.

  • Assist in tier 1 projects.

  • Work tickets after hours and on weekends on a
    rotating schedule.

  • Work Schedule Monday through Friday

  • Position Reports Product Manager

     

 

Primary Requirements:

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree and/or
    ATM Field experience a plus.

  • 2-3 years Customer Service Experience.

  • Exceptional customer service.

  • PC proficient, including MS Office/Excel and
    similar products.

  • Ability to Multi-Task and thrive in a busy
    environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast past,
    changing environment.

  • Self-Starter, quick learner and highly
    motivated.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented
    environment.
