Cencon Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: This position is responsible for supporting Cencon and S & G (ATM Locks/Keys); assisting in small projects and upgrades and testing of the new Cencon and S & G related application.
Answer incoming calls
Program ATM locks.
Assemble and ship ATM lock/key kits to company
locations within the United States.
Assign/Log/track trouble tickets.
Troubleshoot ATM errors over the phone.
Assist in tier 1 projects.
Work tickets after hours and on weekends on a
Work Schedule Monday through Friday
Position Reports Product Manager
High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree and/or
ATM Field experience a plus.
2-3 years Customer Service Experience.
Exceptional customer service.
PC proficient, including MS Office/Excel and
Ability to Multi-Task and thrive in a busy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast past,
Self-Starter, quick learner and highly
Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented
