Reports to:  Media Fulfillment Manager
Location:  Remote/Virtual

Amplified Digital, a Digital Marketing Agency serving businesses nationwide, is quickly becoming known for creating integrated digital solutions that deliver what clients value most:  meaningful, positive and measurable impact on the performance of their organizations.  We are looking for a qualified candidate to oversee social ad campaign fulfillment across various platforms, and service in a key role to aid our company in providing an exceptional client experience.

As a Social Ad Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with our Account Executives, Client Development, and Client Success teams to set up, manage, and perform ongoing optimizations for our various paid social ad solutions, focusing on driving conversions to meet KPIs and client goals.  This Social Ad Campaign Manager will perform strategic optimizations based on campaign analysis, and assist in ongoing client retention.  Qualified candidates will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be a self-starter with industry experience.


Build and maintain a deep knowledge of social advertising platforms, as well as a general understanding of other media solutions offered by Amplified Digital

Setup, monitor and manage paid social media ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn

Ensure social ad placements are continuously optimized for spend and efficiency, and generate desired results for the client while maintaining profit for the company

Manage budgets, milestones, optimizations, and deadlines for multiple simultaneous campaigns; measuring and reporting on optimizations and results

Proactively offer guidance and expertise to internal teams, sellers, and clients, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction

Work with agency vendors/partners and internal teams to measure and optimize marketing campaigns utilizing internal reporting platforms, Google Analytics, and Vendor/partner reporting solutions

Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns including process, delivery and quality issues

Analyze and report on campaign performance and craft recommendations for the Client Success team and sellers highlighting future growth and development opportunities for campaigns with growth potential

Occasionally participate in client facing conversations, bringing your subject matter expertise to conversations about delivery, capabilities, and growth opportunity

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and social ad platform features

Skill Requirements:

2-3 years of Facebook/Instagram Ads experience

2-3 years of LinkedIn Ads experience

Google Ads Certified - Search Advertising

Google Ads Certified - Display Advertising

Google Ads Certified - Video Advertising

Google Analytics Individual Qualification/Google Ads Certification

Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Search Console

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced envionment

Experience in high volume advertising trafficking

Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities

Outstanding problem-solving abilities

Highly organized and detail driven

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment

Ability to multi-task and manage several tasks or projects at once

Passionate about digital marketing and industry-specific trends

Knowledge Requirements:

Strong understanding of marketing data and analytics, particularly as it pertains to media optimization, and application to social ad campaigns

In-depth knowledge of various paid and organic/presence marketing channels and technologies

Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

Education & Experience:

Degree in Marketing or equivalent related experience

2+ Digital Marketing Experience
