Administrative Assistant Position at A New Leaf

 

We're looking for highly motived individuals that are passionate in working with children. The role that we are currently looking to fill is an administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant assists the program and the clients by placing purchase orders (Food, clothing, office supplies, and etc.), picking up items from Philanthropy and the main administration office, communicating with multiple departments, assists with scheduling, inventories and other tasks as well.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Placing orders
  • Provide pleasant and professional customer services on the phone and in person to a diverse population.
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Complete reports and inventories,
  • Assist in maintaining program procedure manuals.
  • And more

Information in regards to the position:

 

Full Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Location: Mesa, AZ

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:      

  • High School degree or GED required.   
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree, preferred.        
  • Bilingual; possess effective verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish.                                         

 

Experience:    

  • Experience in behavioral health preferred.    
  • One (1) year of clerical and/or administrative experience.          
  • Must be detailed, organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

 

Compliance:   

  • Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
  • Current Auto Liability Insurance
  • 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must Be At Least 21 Years of Age
