Bilingual Case Manager – ORR Program

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:      

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or Social Services, required.

 

Experience:    

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.              
  • Child welfare and/or case management experience strongly preferred.

 

Compliance:   

  • Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation; driving is required.
  • Current Auto Liability Insurance
  • 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

 

DUTIES: 

 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to

  1. Develop Individual Service Plans.
  2. Screen for human trafficking concerns.
  3. Facilitate safe and timely client discharge.
  4. Coordinate discharge transition and follow up according to discharge plan.  
  5. Attend and participate in court hearings as required to meet program needs and within scope of practice.
  6. Assist in the translation of barriers and successes into positive systems changes (as relevant to program/client needs).
  7. Drive clients in personal vehicle or agency passenger van to appointments, activities, or facilities as needed.
  8. Drive personal vehicle to conduct agency business.
