Pricing Administration Coord - Pricing Services
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Coordinate daily activities within a department. Respond to inquiries that arise. Work with multiple parties, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth operations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred
Minimum Experience: Two years of relevant experience required
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC DUTIES and/or SKILLS
·Create, upload and maintain of Landstar TMS Contracts
·Perform all duties related to the initiation, analysis and execution of contracts, fuel surcharge addendums, pricing schedules, rate publications and corporate policies
·Maintain all contracts, fuel surcharge addendums, pricing schedules and rate publications
·Audit contracts, fuel surcharge addendums, pricing schedules and rate publications
·Research and resolve any agent, customer, internal departments or BCO issues relating to fuel surcharge and pricing
·Resolve issues related to pricing administration (including, but not limited to, rating and accounts receivable)
·Interpret contracts, bill of ladings and shipment confirmation language for corporate and field personnel
·Provide corporate carrier information and documents to current and potential customers
·Provide support and assistance to customers, other departments, agents and field personnel as needed
·Perform various duties including but not limited to database queries, research, compiling data, scanning, distribution and filing related to pricing schedules, contracts and other files.
·Instruct agents, field personnel, employees and customers on company procedures, policies and guidelines related to pricing, rates and other administrative functions.
·Research customers' revenue and activity.
·Set up and maintenance of files, logs and reports on computer, including follow up, yearly manual audit, research, distribution and measurements.
·Compile, coordinate, and log information for measurements and reports.
·Analyze reporting data and verify results, enter, log and distribute as needed.
·Other duties as assigned.
