Drug/Alcohol Testing Representative - Compliance - Logs/Drug Testing
Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm
SUMMARY
Insures that our Random, Pre-qualification and Post Accident drug and alcohol testing program meets DOT regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Provide customer service assisting with drug/alcohol testing questions via phone, email or in person
Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
Obtain, process, and maintain all drug/alcohol testing results and related paperwork per FMCSR Part 40 and 382
Work with various third party contractors to administer drug/alcohol testing
Post results to iSeries
Handle escalated calls
Run and distribute lists for random testing
Monitor random drug and alcohol collections
Train representatives throughout the company
Audit and pay invoices for drug/alcohol tests
Ensure all new operators receive Substance Abuse Training
Provide references on former BCO's to other carriers
Process all incoming mail
Notify and cancel operators
Create monthly reports
Send supplies as needed
Additional responsibilities requested by management
Other duties may be assigned.
Must perform duties to the standards of the job description and comply with the company's policies, practices, and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Data entry skills 88+ kpm, strongly preferred
Working knowledge of iSeries, helpful
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, strongly preferred
Problem resolution skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work with little supervision under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
