KI is looking for self-motivated candidates for an Inside Sales role based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This position is open to individuals interested in progressing within our Inside Sales department and also to individuals looking to potentially relocate into a field-based position.

 
The Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in expanding KI’s client base. The responsibilities of this position include researching, identifying, and contacting future business prospects, while qualifying high-potential sales leads. Organized self-starters who are metrics driven, can use this position as a starting point for a fast track exciting career progression into further Inside/Outside Sales roles.  

Our 2-3 month training program will teach you sales fundamentals in a consultative selling environment that you can carry with you throughout your sales career. If you are interested in potentially relocating, some of our districts include but are not limited to: California, Missouri, Chicago, Texas, Boston, Carolinas, Washington D.C., Georgia, New York, and Florida. Relocation assistance is provided.

Benefits:
•$40,000 salary + you will start earning uncapped commission upon completion of training. 
•Immediately eligible to participate in department incentives and competitions to earn incentive pay in the form of gift cards and prizes.
•Promotional opportunities to Field Sales available. 
 
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business (or a related field) or equivalent work experience. Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus but not necessary. We will train you!
