KI has an opening for an Inside Sales Associate in our Market Development department at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay.
The Inside Sales Associate position plays a key role in expanding KI’s client base. The responsibilities of this position include researching, identifying, and contacting future business prospects, while qualifying high-potential sales leads. Organized self-starters who are metrics driven, can use this position as a starting point for a fast track exciting career progression into Inside/Outside Sales.

Promotion opportunity to Inside Sales Specialist role within 6-9 months
Long term advancement opportunities to Outside Sales located in all major metro areas (domestic)
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business (or a related field) OR equivalent work experience. A minimum of 1 year of cold calling, sales, or customer service experience is desired.
