Job Purpose/Scope:
Responsible for generating all revenue and margin for all Cathodic Protection segments, with the intent of developing new segments and channels to generate overall segment growth. Leads Cathodic Protection development activities and provides Cathodic protection technical expertise both internally and in the field.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
35% |
Generates sales leads directly and through Sales Channel Partners. Prepares costing, quoting, and submittals to clients and tracks the opportunities through to order generation. |

Translates customer requirements into CAD drawings and by other means and gathers / resolves all financial and technical issues to achieve successful hand-off of new opportunities to Operations. Mitigates problems and changes that arise during the execution of the orders. |

Builds growth pipeline to achieve long term growth and earnings objectives.

Leads in the qualification and development of new Cathodic Protection segments and products. Interfaces with other Artazn development personnel and key external segment experts to align market opportunities with Artazn capabilities. |

Develops and fosters relationship and business agreements with Sales Channel Partners and Key Suppliers / Sub-Contractors. Gathers and monitors market potentials and shifts to assess new opportunities or threats. |

Leads and directs the Cathodic Coordinator. |

Secondary
Remains attuned with market developments through interaction with outside partners, periodicals, and membership in technical societies.Interaction with other Marketing personnel to improve our reach.
Trains and assists the Cathodic Coordinator.
Identifies acquisition opportunities.
Provides cathodic protection expertise to all departments.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
Knowledge
Education background of a Bachelor of Science Degree or higher from accredited university in related field (materials, metallurgy, corrosion, etc); NACE accreditation in Cathodic Protection is desired.A minimum of five years practical work experience in sales/marketing in a manufacturing environment.
Experience
Marketing experience/knowledge in major business operating systems in plant environment.Working experience with customer relations and resolving practical and financial issues between the customer and the organization.
Working experience and practical knowledge of Cathodic Protection science and converting opportunities to the organization.
Experience with financial analytics.
