The Developer, Software II will solve moderate technical problems using varying technologies. Contributor to the code base for the product, creating new code and refactoring existing code to continually improve the product's adherence to market requirements, architectural requirements, and product requirements. Works with peers to implement and improve solutions and follow guidance from more experience employees.
Responsibilities:
Focus on completing feature requests from clients and developing new solutions to meet evolving needs, modernizing services, responding to feature requests, and correcting defects at the root, while mentoring team members in new technologies and exploring new aspects of the architectural solution.
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) plus years of software development experience
Experience with frameworks, like Angular, React, .NET, Entity, Bootstrap, Django ORM and Django Rest Framework experience, or solid familiarity with the concepts in another technology stack
Experience writing functional software in JavaScript, C#, Python, Java
Experience in an Agile development methodology including best practices such as automated tests, continuous integration, shared ownership, pull requests and code reviews
Experience with various Azure Automation or AWS application technologies such as server less technology/Lambda, API Management/API Gateway
Experience with deployment technologies such as Container Services, ECS/ECR, EKS, Kubernetes, Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancer, Docker, etc.
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field
