As directed by the Scrub/Sweep Supervisor this position operates equipment to clean and extend the service life of the parking facilities.  This position is also responsible for maintaining equipment.  Also responsible for maintenance and repairs of the equipment.  This includes parking scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, and trucks.

Schedule: M-F 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM
 
Pay: $15.50/HR.  

Responsibilities

Operate sweeping & scrubbing equipment
Maintain sweeping & scrubbing equipment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Clean driving record
1-2 years’ experience maintaining heavy equipment preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, work in all weather conditions
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems
Ability to understand and follow directions and work as part of a team
