OrthoIndy Foundation -Member Services - Hospitality Desk Rep
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction and supervision of the Member Services Supervisor/Membership Specialist, the Hospitality Desk Representative provides excellent, friendly and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 16 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer data entry skills
Knowledge of basic washer and dryer operations
Communication skills, including the ability to answer telephone calls and communicate YMCA programs and activities over the telephone
Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing staff)
Obtain and maintain required training, including Safety & Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention and New Employee Orientation
Pay Range: $8.19 – $10.24
