Ready to develop leadership skills that will last a lifetime? Under the guidance of the Program Director, Site Directors will be responsible for the management and leadership of the camp program. This includes developing a staff team, providing behavior management support for campers, maintaining communication between staff and the families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help campers learn and grow every day. This job requires high levels of organization, energy, and fun. Join us in a leadership role and help make this summer one to remember.

A typical Before & After School program runs from 6:30 to 8:30am and from 3:30 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

A typical Camp program runs Monday-Friday from 6:30amto 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

A typical Preschoolprogram can run from 8:00amto 4:00pm or 9:00amto 1:00pm,depending on location,Monday through Friday.

A typical Play & Learn program can run from 7:45am to 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:15pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Hours may vary based on school district schedules and/orYMCA Center schedules. However, flexibility may be available to accommodate staff schedules.
