Are you outgoing and value customer service?  Are you knowledgeable and service-oriented?  Do you have the determination to close sales and build lasting relationships with new and established customers?  If so, the Hajoca would like you to join our highly successful 14 person dedicated team at Dahl in Glenwood Springs as an HVAC Territory Manager.  We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers in the Roaring Fork Valley.  This is an exciting opportunity to play a large role in the development of a market segment not traditionally serviced at our location!

As an HVAC Territory Manager with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with the Profit Center Manager to develop and maintain Customer and Vendor Partnerships
  • Assisting customers in making product selections
  • Assisting customers with system or product troubleshooting and technical questions
  • Providing a high level of customer service and technical support to HVAC/R contractors and industrial personnel both in person and on the phone
  • Having a full knowledge of our equipment product lines and being able to correctly size and match up jobs as well as troubleshoot service issues
  • Maintaining knowledge of HVAC/R fundamentals and product lines (features, function, use and benefits of Hajoca HVAC products, vendors carried and their respective lines); stay informed of new products; utilize opportunities to further educate self, co-workers, and customers
  • Determining replacement HVAC/R parts according to inspection or verbal/description of the old part and customer requirements
  • Supplying customer product and service needs by performing such tasks as finding products using computer, catalog, telephone or other reference sources.  This includes researching and sourcing product for customers using a variety of tools such as point-of-sale computer system, catalogs, web-based tools and industry contacts
  • Developing and maintaining necessary HVAC stock inventory
  • Training other teammates in HVAC fundamentals
  • Processing Sales Orders & Bids received in a variety of means
  • Assisting customers who pick up their product at our location
  • Identifying and developing new customers
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets
  • Assist team members with other tasks as required
As a HVAC Territory Manager, you must be optimistic, friendly and service oriented.  Excellent verbal communication is a must and all salespeople must approach customer interactions in an honest and ethical fashion.

All interested parties must possess:
  • High school degree or equivelent (College degree preferred)
  • 2 years industry experience
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Valid Driver License with safe driving record
