Warehouse - Customer Service Specialist

If so, then Hajoca Corporation would like you to join our dedicated team as a Customer Service Specialist. Our team has been servicing the community for years. We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers.


As a Customer Service Specialist with Hajoca your specific duties will include but are not limited to: 
•Work offsite with our consignment team, working directly with a large Plumbing & HVAC contractor in the contractor's warehouse
Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments

•Assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center

•Process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter

•Stock the warehouse and maintain cleanliness, order and safety

•Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

•Pick materials for orders, assemble and package the materials for shipment/pick up

•Load/unload trucks and operate a forklift safely

•Drive a Hajoca truck and operate it safely in compliance with Company rules and applicable laws and regulations

•Unload correct merchandise and place it where the receiving party dictates

All interested applicants must possess: 
•At least 1+ years of Plumbing and/or HVAC experience
High school degree or equivalent 

•Be 21 years of age or older

•Possess a proper and valid driver’s license

•Possess a driving record that demonstrates good driving skills

•Pass a DOT physical examination prior to employment and every following two years for as long as you drive a company vehicle

•The ability to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment

•Know of, apply, and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment

Our ideal candidate will also: 
•Have, or quickly develop, a comprehensive knowledge of product

•Have 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience

•Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required

•Basic computer literacy

•Experience in customer service, counter sales, or contractor sales preferred

•Able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers.
•Be able to work independently at an offsite location
