We are looking for a resourceful, passionate developer to build and implement functional programs.  You will work with other developers and an array of business owners throughout the software development life cycle.

Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and building applications with C#, .NET, and data management as well as web technologies such as Angular and web services.

  • Build and maintain technical and user documentation
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing systems

  • Ability to develop software in C#
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, specifically MS SQL, and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies

  • Experience developing web applications using popular web frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Experience in the Health Care or Health Insurance industry
  • Experience with end-to-end, integration, and unit testing frameworks
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment using technologies such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience with source code management utilizing Git
  • Sense of humor

  • Healthy work-life balance
  • Non-Profit, member and community focused organization
  • Flexible leadership supportive of innovation
  • Training and technical skill development encouraged
