As part of the Customer Success team, the Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for the seamless and successful onboarding of each new client. A successful candidate for Onboarding Specialist will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and will be able to communicate updates and changes to different internal teams and clients.
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
Provision new clients into platforms and systems
Analyze client’s data and provide the necessary recommendations for a successful launch
Complete the internal processes to ensure the client’s information is correctly transmitted to the correct teams
Follow up with the Salesteam and the Client Success team on the platform access, onboarding items and validation of information received from the client
Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Organize tasks, deliverables and meet commitments on time
Sets priorities with an appropriate sense of what is most important and plans with an appropriate and realistic sense of time demand involved.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and other departments to achieve common goals
Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver on tangible objectives within defined SLAs
Business Process and Technology Acumen
Capable of quickly mastering business and internal processes
Ability to master technology solutions
2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
1+ year experience in a related Marketing/Advertising Role
