Job Responsibilities 

  • Accurately schedules customer ads and traffics artwork/digital fulfillment
  • Handles submitting creative in to ATOL for Design Team (DESIGNiQ) to build
  • Reviews and coordinates proof changes with customer; resolves ad scheduling issues
  • Uses Salesforce to manage day to day activities and responsibilities
  • Be accessible and approachable to answering questions from other teams/clients
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Assist Client Success Managers with order entry volume as needed
  • Assist Operations Manager with other tasks as assigned

Order Entry and Systems Support 

  • Bill and order products in all systems, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Handles digital fulfillment responsibilities as needed
  • Contact pagination for miscellaneous issues pertaining to completed ads
  • Manage creative fulfillment according to provided deadlines
  • Assist in researching why an ad did not run if necessary

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to data detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in under pressure and can multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-directed, open to coaching, and willing to work with others toward a common goal
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated patience, approach-ability and helpfulness
  • Self-starter, team player and team builder
  • Ability to contribute to a fast paced environment
  • PC and Internet proficiency including MS Office and Outlook
  • Proficiency in internal applications & CRM: OrderHub, ATOL, Salesforce is preferred
