Salesforce Platform Lead
As a Salesforce Platform Lead, you will manage the backload of work to assign to a team of Salesforce Admins/Developers focused on platform maintenance and stability. The Platform Lead will ensure business fit and non-functional elements of platform implementation are effective. This is a key role in Defect / Incident resolution and is equipped to mitigate significant and sustained impact to the business. Candidates should have deep functional Salesforce Platform expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and problem solving.
