Summary:

The SVP, Digital Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies and programs to enable growth and profitability across all of FLEETCOR’s lines of business both domestically, and globally. The person will focus on building a digital platform for revenue growth that includes analyzing customer and prospect needs, developing compelling digital campaigns, improving the capabilities of the Martech stack and bringing new tools and processes to the table.

The position reports directly to the FLEETCOR Corporate CMO.
 

Job Duties:

  • Develop both the short and long term digital strategy and roadmap for the company, highlighting how we can transform both our digital marketing and conversion capabilities from the top to the bottom of the funnel
  • Develop and execute on digital strategies to drive customer/prospect conversion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with digital marketing leaders and teams across lines of business continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all businesses.
  • Directly build and lead a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Work with Business Units to translate business strategies into online/eCommerce strategies.
  • Create best-in-class website experiences and improve online customer purchase processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports, and social activity to deliver provocative solution marketing campaigns.
  • Thoroughly understand the competitive landscape, products and customers, buying triggers, and influencers.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles with a focus on creating and executing brand strategies.
  • Specific experience building multi-year corporate digital strategies that can be executed across multiple lines of business in a large, complex corporate structure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done; enthusiastic, positive and hardworking attitude.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Accountable and flexible.
