Easterseals Autism Services Program at Easterseals offers education, support and services assisting families and children in reaching their full potential. Our program is growing in the Manchester and Salem area! We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children following the specific treatment plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities: Working in multiple homes and the clinic carrying over the strategies the BCBA has initiated, providing support to children with disabilities, social & emotional issues, and disruptive and physically aggressive behavior, completing required documentation including daily notes and monthly summary information and attending training designed by the program.

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Psychology, Human Services or related field preferred, experience working with young children and strong interpersonal and computer skills is required. This position requires an insured vehicle. Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
