We are looking for 2nd shift Residential Instructors  to join our team right now! Come find your purpose while you make valuable, rewarding impacts in the lives of the individuals we serve.

In keeping with our mission, Easterseals provides exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunity to live, learn, work and play in their community.

Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21.Our clinical support is designed to meet the need of our youth with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities and intellectual and behavioral challenges. Children and their families are supported through programs designed to meet their specific needs. 
 

Responsibilities: Residential Instructors provide direct supervision to our clients. You will develop and coordinate activities, provide social and living skill development and training and participate in the implementation of treatment plans.



Qualifications: All candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age. You must meet ONE of the following requirements to qualify for this position


  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services: OR

  • A combination of Human Service college credits and experience with working with children totaling 2 years, OR

  • A High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of parenting


Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable. 

Hours:


2nd shift includes 3 weekdays from 2PM-10PM and weekends 7AM-10PM.
