Provide administrative support to the Risk/Labor Relations Manager, assist the operations in the understanding of policy and procedure and labor contact as it relates to individual situations, under the direction of Risk/Labor Relations Manager.  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. 


  • Assist with all compliance, inspection and proposed resolution for all Safety, OSHA statutes
  • Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements in relation to a safe environment
  • Ability to maintain records in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Monitor all environments for prevention/causes of any accident
  • Able to maintain objectivity during any investigation through the decision-making process
  • Clearly present the company position during various union interactions, negotiations, and meetings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Present company expectations regardless of personal views
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential materials and information
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines
  • Ability to work in loud, crowded environment
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Ability to complete any additional position related required training – such as OSHA 30


  • One (1) year Human Resources experience preferred
  • Some college preferred
  • OSHA experience


  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. 
  • These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. 
  • Constant contact with fellow Team Members
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
