About The Role

Director of Network Operations - located anywhere in North America

* facilitate the integration and on-going transformation of the NOC, setting the culture for the Diversified customer experience.
* oversee the support of technology needs after the installation is complete including triage, identification, and resolution.

What will you be doing? 
  • Establish customer service parameters and strategies to achieve customer service goals to include KPIs (e.g., CSAT, customer response times, etc.)
  • Participate in decisions around P&L that impact processes and how costing and re-postings are done.
  • Participate in recurring revenue monthly client meetings, specific to service.
  • Partner on pre-sales, establishing what should be brought to market facilitating the productization of service and account executive relationship management.
  • Lead the drive for innovation for the NOC (e.g., remote monitoring)
  • Ongoing evolution of the ticketing strategy, operations, and systems.
  • Instill ownership of ticket from initiation through full closure as part of the full-cycle NOC function.
  • Overall talent strategy for the NOC including recruitment, development, retention, and acting as a feeder to other technical disciplines.
  • Establish an effective organizational structure for the NOC aligned to the new operating model for Diversified.
  • Support break-fix needs as well as network-based operations
  • Trend and data analysis on reported issues to proactively identify technical/environmental issues and work back with sales and other technical disciplines for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Tech Ops on all network-based customer installations 
  • Oversee ticketing tiering and segmentation 
  • Provide on-site customer quotes in collaboration with Service dispatch and other applicable departments
  • Establish clear and purposeful escalation paths
  • Establish 24/7 global service organization
  • Lead, coach and mentor the team on performance and professional development.
